Changes in EU regulations sadly means temporary stoppage to all EU & NI orders
We’re truly sorry to be sharing this update, and we want you to know it’s just as frustrating for us as it is for you.
Unfortunately, due to the new European Union GPSR regulations, which come into effect on 13th December 2024, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to pause all sales and shipments to the EU, including Northern Ireland.
As a small business operating in a post-Brexit UK, managing orders to Europe has become increasingly difficult, and sales have dropped significantly. While that’s made things challenging, we’ve been incredibly grateful for the continued support from our amazing EU customers, and we’ve loved serving you all since Brexit. However, these new regulations are quite complex and costly to navigate, and for now, we simply don’t have a choice but to stop shipments to the EU and NI.
We really appreciate your understanding, and we hope we can reconnect in the future when circumstances allow.
